Welcome to our online store where you can order coffee beans (whole bean or ground), mugs, t-shirts and other Cup A Joe merchandise.  Listed below are answers to frequently asked questions.

When will my coffee be roasted?  To insure that you get the freshest coffee possible, all beans are roasted to order, usually on the same day or the day after an order is placed.  Some coffees, such as Jamaica Blue Mountain, may have a longer delay because they are only roasted once per week.

When will my coffee be shipped?  We will ship your coffee on the same day it is roasted.  We may delay roasting/shipping if you order late in the week, so your beans do not sit at UPS over the weekend.

I have a Cup A Joe Bean Card from in-store purchases.  Can I use it for online purchases?  Unfortunately, we cannot honor or stamp Bean Cards for online purchases.  Instead, we offer Free Ground UPS Shipping for orders over $73.00.

How will my coffee be shipped, and how much will shipping cost?  We ship most orders via UPS (and occasionally by USPS).  Current shipping charges are shown below.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax for my online purchases?  We are required to collect North Carolina State Sales Tax (currently 6.75%) for orders shipping to addresses in North Carolina.  No Sales Tax is collected for orders shipped outside North Carolina.
